With the images from the helmet camera of a police biker, police solved a street robbery. In the robbery, which took place New Year's Eve, two 18-year-old boys were slightly wounded.

Saturday, March 26, the police arrested a 25-year-old resident of Voorburg, who is suspected of the bike robbery of two 18 year old boys. The robbery took place at the Spinoza during New Years Eve. Both boys were hit and suffered minor injuries. The accused committed the robbery along with two other men.

Decisive in the investigation into the robbery was the video footage of the helmet camera, worn by a police biker who was in the area that night. It turned out that the images from the camera helmet showed the suspect. This brought the detective on his trail: the man on the images of the victims was identified as one of the robbers, after a prosecutor gave permission for the arrest. The suspect has confessed.
